We will be doing some deep transformative work and manifesting with intention, you will need to be willing and open and okay with it being easier and more graceful than you think – whilst being prepared to be uncomfortable at times if necessary.
Five Meals for each of the three days, specially prepared by a nutritionist and raw food chef, I will be showing you how I eat my meals – based upon holistic nutrition advice from my team in LA.
Countryside walk and time in nature. You will need to bring some clothing for walking whatever the weather as we will be taking a fun trip up Glastonbury Tor, then to the sacred chalice well and white spring. We will also spend a little time in Glastonbury discovering energy tools – and helping you to pick up some valuable items for your journey onwards – I will be helping you to develop your natural intuitive abilities and we will look at which modalities work best for you – this will be so fun! We will look at flower essences and oils to support you in your growth and protect your energy so you can stay in your highest self and experience fulfilment and success no matter what!
